Animal World Foundation reserves the right to remove our animal for any reason we deem necessary.
Animal World Foundation retains ownership of the animal until the adoption process has been completed by an AWF representative and the adoptive party in the form of a written contract signed by both.

(Dog/Cat MUST be returned to AWF if you no longer want the dog/cat for any reason. Taking the dog/cat to a shelter or giving the dog/cat away to another individual will be a breach of the agreement and result in legal action and a fine of $5,000.) Do you agree to this?*
